Refund Policy
We offer a 10-day return policy, providing you with 10 days from the date of item receipt to request a return.
If you receive a defective product, you have the right to initiate a return for a refund or request a replacement product within 10 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a refund or replacement, you must provide photos and videos demonstrating the issues with the product.
Please note that any requests made after the 10-day period from the delivery date will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refusing an order after receiving it due to its lack of usefulness is not a valid reason for a refund.

The cost of returning the items to our warehouse is the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back without a prior refund request will not be accepted.
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the timing of when you receive it depends on your bank's processing time.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you discover that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us right away. We will assess the issue and take the necessary steps to correct it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty items). We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have concerns about a specific item, please get in touch with us for clarification.
Please note that we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The most efficient way to get the item you desire is to return the one you have. Once your return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without the need for justification. As previously mentioned, your item must meet the same conditions as when you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, informing you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
